Please read the following carefully.

A £10 non refundable deposit per person per night is required to secure any booking.

Once payment is received you booking will be confirmed.

Please note that losses arising from the cancellation of confirmed bookings where we are unable to re-let the accommodation will give rise to the following charges:

Up to 72 hours prior to arrival - 50% of complete booking value.

Less than 48 - 100% of booking value.

We strongly urge you to consider personal travel insurance.
