Booking Terms
These Booking Terms apply to the business named above and the person or legal entity making the Booking or to whom We supply services in respect of the Booking (‘You/Your’). These Booking Terms are governed by English law and apply to all Bookings except where We agree in writing other terms. By making a Booking You are deemed to accept these Booking Terms.

Bookings
Bookings are made and a contract between You and Us comes into effect when We accept a reservation from You. We will accept a reservation when we have confirmed your reservation and received full payment of the total price quoted from You or in the event that we require a non-refundable deposit, when we have received full payment of the total value of the non-refundable deposit. Where a non-refundable deposit is paid, the balance will be paid by you to us on either check-in or check-out
You must be able to enter into a legally binding contract and be over 18yrs to make a Booking.
Bookings must be paid for using an acceptable and valid credit or debit card.
When a Booking is confirmed, a reservation number is given. This number must be retained for access to the Booking details if cancellation or amendment is necessary.

Prices
All published rates include VAT where applicable (and local taxes) at the current rate.
Rates are per room per night. If You have selected supplements they will be added to the total price of the Booking. Rates do not include other costs you may choose to incur during Your stay (unless otherwise stated).
Rates quoted are correct only for the specific number of guests, nights and dates shown. Should You change the number of guests, dates or room nights, then the rates are subject to change.

Availability
In the rare case that due to unforeseen circumstances we cannot deliver Your requested accommodation, we will do our best to assist you in finding alternative accommodation.

Arrival and departure
Check-in is from 16:00hrs. Check-in times outside of those specified must be confirmed with Us prior to arrival. Checkout is by 09:30. 
Tuesdays: Check in is from 18:00hrs on Tuesdays. Please note there is no restaurant service on Tuesdays.

Cancellations

If you have booked through an agency, an external website, the book now button operated by eviivo LTD on our home page or by any onther means other than directly via email, the direct enquiry link or telephone the following policy applies.

If You have paid a Booking Deposit (always equivalent to the cost of one night’s accommodation or service) or the full amount of Your Booking:

If You cancel your Booking within 72 hours of the scheduled check-in time on the date of arrival as printed on your booking confirmation a charge equivalent to the cost of one night’s accommodation (or service) will be levied.

If You need to cancel your Booking  prior to 72 hours before the scheduled check-in time a refund will be given less a £15.00 admin fee.

Corporate bookings information.

If you company has made a booking in advance & an invoice has been issued. Payment should be made within 7 days of issue of invoice. If no payment is received within 7 days, notice will be given for immediate payment.
If no payment has been received with 14 days from issue of invoice. We reserve the right to charge an additional 10% per day for the total of the invoice inclusive of VAT at the UK standard rate. Payment can be made by BAC's, credit or debit card. We no longer accept cheques for payment.

Amendments
To amend or Cancel Your Booking, call the business directly using the number contained within the booking confirmation. If you amend Your Booking within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in time on the date of arrival, and as a result You cancel any room night with less than 48 hours notice a charge equivalent to the cost of one night's accommodation (or Service) will be levied.

If you have booked directly with us via the direct enquiry link, direct email or telephone the following policy applies.

Upon confirmation of your booking and your acceptance of our terms and condtions we require a non refundable deposit of £10 per person per night. Please note that losses arising from the cancellation of confirmed bookings will give rise to the following charges.

Between 28 and 14 days prior to arrival - 50% of complete booking value.
Less than 14 days prior to arrival - 100% of complete booking value.

Changes to bookings which result in a reduction of guests per room or length of stay will also incur charges in accordance with the amount of notice given above.

We strongly advise you to consider personal travel insurance.

Conditions

No Pets allowed.

Kildrummy Inn is a strictly
No smoking property. Anyone caught smoking within the building will be asked to leave immediately & the relevant authorities informed.

NB: We do not accept guests attending weddings or wedding parties unless the wedding is being held at Kildrummy Inn. This is non negotiable.

Accessibility information

Number Of Floors: 2. All letting bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor with access via stairs.

We are happy to provide personal assistance for those less abled with access to our accommodation floor.

Kildrummy Inn Wifi Internet Acceptable Use Policy

Acceptable Internet use policy

Use of the Internet by guests and patrons of The Kildrummy Inn is permitted providing the following notes are adhered to.

The Kildrummy Inn has a policy for the use of the Internet whereby guests and patrons must ensure that they:

  • comply with current legislation
  • use the Internet in an acceptable way
  • do not create unnecessary business risk to the company by their misuse of the Internet

Unacceptable behaviour

In particular the following is deemed unacceptable use or behaviour by guests or employees:

  • visiting Internet sites that contain obscene, hateful, pornographic or other illegal material
  • using the computer to perpetrate any form of fraud, or software, film or music piracy
  • using the Internet to send offensive or harassing material to other users
  • downloading commercial software or any copyrighted materials belonging to third parties, unless this download is covered or permitted under a commercial agreement or other such licence
  • hacking into unauthorised areas
  • creating or transmitting defamatory material
  • undertaking deliberate activities that waste staff effort or networked resources
  • introducing any form of computer virus into the network

Monitoring

The Kildrummy Inn accepts that the use of the Internet is a valuable tool and freely provides this service to guests and patrons. However, misuse of this facility can have a negative impact upon the reputation of the business.

Therefore, Kildrummy Inn maintains the right to monitor the volume of Internet and network traffic, together with the Internet sites visited. The specific content of any transactions will not be monitored unless there is a suspicion of improper use.

Sanctions

Failure to comply with these guidelines will result in the removal of the service to anyone who fails to comply with this policy. Where appropriate the reporting of any individual or party to the relevant authorities.

Agreement

Upon payment of a deposit you agree to accept the terms of this policy.
