Weddings:

The function hall (Volunteers Hall) is separate from the main dining & restaurant areas of the Inn. It offers the party exclusive use of that facility. If you’re holding both your wedding breakfast & evening reception at the Inn you can have sole & exclusive use of the whole Inn for your special day.

The facilities we offer include a dedicated entrance, a separate bar, toilets and the full area can seat up to 60 guests for the wedding breakfast.

For an evening reception such as a ceilidh the hall is suitable for up to 120 guests.

We believe each party is unique and a combination of our expertise and the party's specific requirements ensures that the event is memorable.

For smaller more private occasions we can also cater for your requirements in the red dining room.

Other Occasions:

The Volunteers hall or any dining area can be used to host & hold all types of function, celebration or occasion.

From a meeting in the red room to a coach party, wedding anniversary, or birthday.We’ve held, public enquiries, art classes, line dancing, quiz nights, jumble sales, silent auctions & charity events, water vole conservation & history lectures, forestry commission meetings as well as the usual events. Just about anything is possible!
